The New Coaches Development Seminar is in its inaugural year and will take place on the first day, Monday, December 16th as the first event. This seminar is geared toward all members with five years or less of any coaching experience. After ice breaking, coaches will have the opportunity to participate in round table discussions on navigating convention, building connections, learning roles, and operating within a staff. The event will close with summarizing remarks and the building blocks to connect with event leaders throughout the week.

The Women in Coaching Seminar at the annual USTFCCCA Convention enters its 11th year in 2024 and is bigger and better than ever. For those uninitiated, the Women in Coaching Seminar has been held on the first official day of the USTFCCCA Convention every year since 2014. This year that date is Monday, December 16. Every female coach who is registered for the USTFCCCA Convention is invited to take part in the event, which has grown leaps and bounds. More than 250 female coaches attended the seminar last year in Denver. Organizers expect that number to increase again in 2024.

Started in 1995, the Hall of Fame recognizes coaches who have brought great distinction to themselves, to their institutions, and to the sports of cross country and track & field. Each honoree exemplifies the qualities of dedication to the sport, leadership, and passion for their profession that serve as an inspiration to coaches everywhere. Admission to the reception and the dinner/induction ceremony is included with convention registration.
