Mike Holloway, Florida: 2022 NCAA Division I Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Coach of the Year

Mike Holloway was named the National Women’s Coach of the Year for the 2022 NCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field season. Holloway, in his 15th year directing the women’s program at Florida, led the Gators to their first national team title at the NCAA DI Outdoor Championships with 74 points behind four event crowns in the 400, long jump, triple jump and the heptathlon. Florida earned 11 First-Team All-America honors and six Second-Team All-America plaudits in Eugene, Oregon. Earlier in the season, Florida placed fourth at the SEC Outdoor Championships and won four event titles at the meet.
